Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts and may include deposits, milestone payments, and final payment upon delivery.
Custom designs created specifically for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our standard designs, manufacturing processes, and proprietary technologies remain our intellectual property.
We maintain strict quality control standards and will replace or repair any products that do not meet agreed specifications due to manufacturing defects. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and external factors. We will provide regular updates on production progress and shipping status.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' designs, business information, and trade secrets. All proprietary information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Xiamen, Fujian.
